Refund policy

Returns and Refunds

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging intact. You are responsible for return postage and tracking is recommended as your order must arrive back to me safely for you to receive your refund.

Please be aware that the shipping cost of original order is non refundable and if your refund is approved, you will be refunded for cost of items only.

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process the refund.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Special orders and custom/personalised items cannot be returned.
